About the Role
We are looking for someone to take the lead in design, development and continuous improval of our trading brokerage operations. You will work with highly professional, motivated and international team in a beautiful office in the heart of Berlin Mitte and will get insights into all aspects of the entrepreneurial and technological journey.

You will develop digital client experiences that will set the standard for digital finance certifications and custody management.
You will expand and improve our current capabilities and scope, and give outstanding service to thousands of very happy —and demanding— customers.
You will take part on state-of-the-art finOps technologies, and even help shape or develop some that thousands of people will use, thanks to you.
What You Will Not Be Doing

Qualifications
A degree in Computer Sciences, Telecommunications, Telematics, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification. We're not really that picky.
Several years of experience —4, as a minimum— as a software developer: you should be comfy with OOP, you should be excited about POP, and you should like to have your amazing code tested, documented, and validated.
A big plus: 2+ years of experience working on finance-based environments, or helping to develop banking infrastructures. Keep in mind we deal with a lot of trading information, and we will need you to quickly understand or adapt to key concepts from that field.
Specific knowledge on devOps technologies is also a big plus, by the way: from cloud technologies (GCP, AWS), to infrastructure (K8s, Docker) to orchestration (Ansible, Terraform), everything you can bring here will be another set of pluses.
You will be working primarily in a platform based in Golang, but you may expect lateral work in other languages along the way.
Finally, there is specific work with SDKs, APIs, automated generation, OpenAPI/Swagger specifications that you should feel comfortable with.
